How many people can "stay" at the property
According to the listing, this property can sleep up to 10 people, but it should be revised a little. There are actual beds for 6 people, the rest would need to sleep in the loft, couch recliners, mattresses on the floor, or on a futon. The loft is too small for adults to be able to climb up/down the steps in order to sleep up there. Everything else on the property was great and Greg was really easy to work with. I would recommend this place to others.

Peaceful getaway on the lake
First off, Greg was a great host, he made sure that we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. The cabin itself is very cozy and welcoming. The location is perfect, it’s very private, with awesome views of the lake throughout the property. The cabin also has everything you need if you forget something, or if you don’t have your own kayaks, canoes, etc. We will definitely remember our stay and may find our way back there again!

Nice cabin, lots of wildlife, good kayaking/canoeing
Owner Greg is awesome! The cabin has everything you need - we overpacked; we brought too much cooking stuff and life jackets, and did not need them. Water very clear, we did not swim. We kayaked and canoed and had a fun time.

What a great place!
We had a most enjoyable time at Greg’s cabin. The lake and the surroundings take you away from everyday life. And Greg was the most accommodating host we’ve ever encountered, offering us the use of anything on the property. We will be back!

What a great retreat!
Greg was a fantastic host! He was always responsive to any requests, and more than generous. The cabin turned out being better than we expected, and the lot is exceptional. We felt like we were staying at a friends cabin. We would definitely book this one again! Thank you Greg!

Nice Lake Cabin
This was our second stay at this property, coming back after a great first experience and our 2021 visit didn't disappoint. No hiccups whatsoever. The owner is very accomadating and has made us feel very invited/welcome to use his place. Can't say enough positive things about this vacation rental!

Amazing!!!
This was our first family vacation in nearly seven years and it was absolutely amazing. The cabin was fully stocked with equipment, dishes, and food staples (oil, seasoning, etc.). It easily sleeps 10, but there is still a lot of room during the day for up to 15. The lake is great for fishing, and a boat launch is about 5 minutes away. One thing that stood out to all of us from any other place we've stayed at was the owner. Greg was hands down the BEST! He left my mom flowers and a card for her 50th birthday which was incredibly thoughtful and delightfully unexpected. He also made sure we had all the sizes of life jackets we needed and stocked water bottles for us. Greg checked in periodically by text to make sure everything was going okay and if we needed anything. We are already planning our next stay here!

Very wooded and shaded with lots of trees and space. could not see the next cabin so felt private. Nice 3 season room. Everything you need in kitchen. shower had good water pressure. Thank goodness for the br air conditioners and overhead fans as It was a hot week. Everything I was looking for.

Excellent Getaway Cabin
Cabin was very well stocked and had everything you could want or need. Located right on the lake and the kids spent most of their time out on the lake with either the kayaks, canoe or the paddle boat and had plenty of other water toys. Had a great time and would love to stay at this place on a yearly basis.

Wilderness Wedding Barn get away.
What a comfortable cabin! A little faux pas with check in as entry was left out of our communications. But was only a minor delay for us getting in. Our 3 people were allowed access to everything on the property. Kayak, canoe with all needed paddles and life perservers. Every kitchen utensil you might need was available. Lots of things to do in cabin were there if staying in cabin is your thing. Table games, videos, CDs with family nicknacks and pictures to keep us exploring. Oh my, there was plenty of firewood and fuel available for bonfire and out door grilling. Two fire pits, one in front and one closer to the water. We found the cabin clean and ready for a relaxing stay upon arrival. My only regret is not having reserved this comfortable cabin for a longer stay. I have no reservations about recommending this cabin for a family get away. It can easily accommodate around 10 people as long as sleeping in same 3 bedrooms is not an issue, but plenty of sleeping bag space if it is in other cabin rooms. Thanks for a great stay!

Always Great!
This is the second time we've rented this cabin for a week. The first time was a couple summers ago with some friends, and this last week, we rented it with family. Greg is always so nice and prompt with his responses and the cabin is always so clean and inviting when you get there. We've had good fishing on our boat both times we've gone and it's nice that there is a public boat access just down the road. If you're not into fishing, there are games, movies, outdoor games, firepit, and more to enjoy. Perfect getaway up north! I'm sure we'll be going back again.

Great for a family or even multi family!
We greatly enjoyed our stay on Sand Lake. Our kids enjoyed running around, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and building memories! The place was set up perfectly for us with plenty of spices, seating, forgotten items, towels, and bedding. Communication was great and easy with Greg! We would recommend this cabin to any and all who would enjoy a scenic getaway!
