"House was very nice, clean and comfortable. Pretty decor. Kitchen was stocked with plates, utensils, cookware.Bathroom had plenty of towels and personal care items. Quiet neighborhood. On the wall in dining room there was a picture of a place called "Lanterman's Mill", so I looked it up and did a tour. "Amazing older home with lots of space "

"We stayed in Kent for a week and were helping to care for my 16 and 8 year old grandsons while my daughter (who lives in Kent) was having surgery. The location was excellent, we were able to walk many places (restaurants, library) and take field trips to beach, aquarium, and mini golf. The home was clean, comfortable, roomy, we made meals, enjoyed home’s board games and books, pitcher of filtered water in frig was a nice touch!"

"Our family of 21 stayed here for the weekend and enjoyed it very much. The house is large with plenty of bedroom and bathrooms. The kids loved the bunk bed rooms. "The property was just beautiful. The listing description does not do justice to this location. Amenities were as listed plus others (extra full refrigerator in basement was so wonderful).
