"Overall very nice. Wish the place had more storage (no dressers, closets). The balcony was beautiful. Close to beach. You could walk, but with a 4 yo, we decided to drive the couple minutes to the beach access. Everything was as expected. The pool was great. We knew the elevator was not working. We also knew about the construction."

"Enjoyed watching several species of birds and an Iguana on the screened in porch. It’s a two mile drive to J. N. Ding Darling Wildlife Reserve entrance, and about .25 mile to the beach parking lot. Nice quiet beach."

"This unit is in a great location and steps from the beach. Although our unit was small, it was all we needed for a quick 2 night get-a-way. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the limited kitchen amenities were just enough to keep us fed. Appreciated the chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. For a longer stay I would suggest one of the second or third floor units but for the money, the first floor and sand right outside of the door this was a great place."

"This property is perfect for a shelling vacation. The proximity to the beach was great, the condo was awesome, decorated nicely, furniture is beautiful, foot washing station was very handy, kitchen had everything we needed. "I wanted to get as close as I could to Bowman’s Beach and Blind Pass to go shell collecting. For the price this was a gem. I was able to do my daily walks at 5am collecting shells and be back for breakfast/brunch with my husband. Couldn’t walk on the beach to Blind Pass, have to walk on bike trail. So if you’re interested in shell collecting this spot was very good. You get a beach pass to park at the Trade Winds parking lot which was empty most of the time.
