"Lovely, intimate beach cottage in Rehoboth. We stayed with our teenage son for a few nights after traveling for a tour of University of Delaware. All in all the cottage was perfect for our needs. Just a few small things we noticed, the cleaning team forgot to put away a cleaning bucket and we found two empty White Claw cans in the bedroom closet behind the beach towels but otherwise the home was spotless and neither of which affected our experience. "We had never been to Broadkill before but it was ideal for children. The beach was quiet and the bay was calm. The shed was equipped for our time in the sun! The backyard bedroom was perfect forWhen the grandparents came and wanted some quiet in the evening and mornings! The home was clean, cared for, and comfortable. She had a pack and play, baby monitor, bouncer, and beach cart we were able to borrow. We also brought our dog and the house had dog bowls, pet towels and blankets, and dog toys. "My family and I had a wonderful stay! The house was extremely clean. I have a crawling baby on the floor so, I was thankful! Beach access was close, area was quiet. Streets are walkable. Donuts at the local Broadkill store made our stay extra sweet. I will definitely book again. "

"The cottage is a cute love nest a short drive away from Lewes and other area attractions. We had a pleasant stay!"

"We had a great time at the Tiny House. It was very well set up and everything was thought through. The outside shower was very nice along with the sitting area/marsh view. We bought our bikes and used them to get to town and the beach. The kitchen had everything that you needed. It was very hot outside but the unit was very comfortable with the A/C and Fan.
