"The tv doesn’t work and we ask them to fix it multiple time but they just don’t want to do it. The WiFi is average, there’s noise which makes it hard to sleep. The staff needs to be responsive. But other than these little things it’s a place that people should go and check it out!"

"Staff were great, I appreciated the discretionary early check-in, cleaners were great, bed comfy, very spacious, lots of storage in the bedroom, location is perfect but there are some basics that need sorting out. "On arrival they claimed they did not have my reservation... they also claimed they did not work with Orbitz. When I showed them their listing on Orbitz they did not believe it... By the way they did email me about my reservation the day before I arrived... Anyway thanks to Orbitz excellent customer ..."
