Nice but
"First of all, I had issues with my flight and arrived one day later, seems that the hotel will charge 400 € penalty! Hotel is very nice and staff helpful, but extremely overpriced. Bed pillow had a stain and was not changed. Second night unable to sleep at all due to a near by all night party."

"A complete catastrophe, the house owner didn't get in touch. I booked the house 4 months before. When I arrived I couldn't move into the house, I was left lying on my side, without accommodation. The agency did take care of it a day later, but not for the day I arrived. I haven't received any reimbursement ..."
