"The first thing we noticed upon arrival was all the grass was dead. So our children could not run and play in the grass. The Lookout view was gorgeous, however, the 40 stairs to get down to the water were unsafe and poorly maintained. The dock was hazardous and you had to be careful where you stepped to avoid going through the dead rot boards. The water had thousands of dead snail shells but there was sand and clear water after we raked away the shells and dead reeds. There was good fishing off...

"Our family of five had a wonderful week at this cabin! The cabin was very clean and the lake was beautiful! The beach was sandy and the water was clear! We enjoyed the kayaks, canoe and paddle boat daily and of course spent many hours just floating on the lake. Bruce was very welcoming and friendly during our stay. We will definitely rent this cabin again. "

"We enjoyed our time at Paul’s cabin. Access to both lakes was a pleasant surprise — easy to get to both. Lake Sallie was lovely for floating.Host was VERY quick to respond to our messages (usually within an hour during the day) if we had any issues.I highly recommend this cabin and host if you’re looking for a getaway from the city."

"Absoultely beautiful place and location! Plenty of room for the family to spread out and have their own space and then all come together for meals and just hanging together. Even the 1yr old grandkid did well! Any communication we needed with the host received a prompt replied to and the one issue was immediately remedied.Definitely plan to come back for another family get together in the future!"
