Family Thanksgiving
This is a great property to stay. Family was on vacation loved the house plenty of space, Movie room was comfortable with a lot of space. Could not get the lights to come switches would not work. Game room was ok pool table is small and just a fun table more for kids. Kitchen was nice, large back yard has a play ground for kids. Love the master bedroom. Only issue was no face towels for people. Did not get full use of yard winter time, summer time this is a house I would take again.

Great views and property
Our family recently traveled to the area and wanted to stay together. We were all comfortable and had plenty of room for us and all our cars. Easy access to toll roads and the NW side of town and DIA. Hosts were very helpful and communicated easily.

Baby shower celebration
We live in California and needed a location to host a baby shower for my daughter and son in law and be central location for Colorado and others. This location and size of home were perfect. Checkin and checkout information clear. I had a few questions once in the house and the property management was responsive. The home was tidy but there were several deficiencies. Several pieces of furniture are old and dirty and should be replaced. The kitchen needs some attention when it comes to basics and replacing cookie sheets and other pieces. We needed to buy a new sponge as the ones in sink looked to be very old. I specifically asked about the bbq and was told it was available and had propane. Unfortunately the bbq needed serious cleaning and was a fire hazzard. We cleaned and bought propane. On the deck outside there was a cooler and inside the cooler was an old water bottle filled with tobacco. Some aspects of the home have been updated. We did appreciate the size of home and the downstairs was fantastic to keep younger adults entertained. We think maybe there was a quick turnaround and maybe housecleaning just missed a few things. I think a little updating on furniture, kitchen and linens could make a huge help for this large welcoming home

We didn't end up staying...
Unfortunately, we did not end up staying at this property. We arrived and it was not clean (leftovers in the fridge, large food pieces on the floor, crumbs all over the couches, hairs in the bathrooms, and multiple broken amenities that were part of the listing). We did communicate with the PM. His solution to have it "re-cleaned" while we were there was not going to work for us. The PM was also incredibly rude on the phone and continually told me I was being nit-picky about wanting it clean. Thank goodness we found a very clean and suitable home ten minutes away that was available. Also, the pictures are not updated. Renters beware.

Yard not as pictured and dirty floors
No broom to sweep floors and lots of hair o floors from previous guests. No ice available in refrigerator. We had 100 degree temperatures. Lots of stains on couches and carpets. Yard had prickly barbs all over that popped bycicle tires. Kids unable to play outside due to the barbs. There is no lush grass as depicted in the pictures.

Reunion
This home worked out perfectly for 3 families including an infant. We were in town for a graduation and family reunion. The home was spacious and clean with comfortable bedrooms to accommodate all of us. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice quiet neighborhood! We would definitely stay here again when we come back to this area.

Take me to the theater!
We had my 86y disabled Grandma for a week and the main floor living was wonderful and accommodating. I was able to work in the office space downstairs while my kids (3,7) watched a movie in the theater room. The game room was fun for the whole family and we had a movie night almost every night of our stay. The kitchen is HUGE and has everything you need to make every meal, including an instapot! We carved pumpkins, made pumpkin pie and my kids made memories with their great-grandma that will last a lifetime in this home! Proximity to dining, markets, shopping, and activities is great and you get a ranch feel on the property. The stars were bright and the nights were quiet. Overall a very accommodating experience!

Great property!
This property fit all of our needs! The kitchen was well appointed, the proximity to groceries and other shopping and having three bedrooms on the main level was a big plus. To top it off, the property manager was fantastic to work with on a few special requests. We would stay here again!

Best Getaway
I rented this house for my daughters 20th birthday and it was perfect for the family and a couple friends. The Pool table, foosball table, ping pong and a little basketball game were perfect. The space and cleanliness was amazing and the communication with the owner was awesome! Great place. We loved it. Thank you!

Softball group
This home was perfect for our two families who had daughters participating in the Triple Crown Sparker Tournament. It was a great location between our games in Loveland and Aurora. The owners were responsive to our needs and the home was well equipped, especially the kitchen where we prepared several big meals. Would stay here again.

Lots of space just outside Denver
This his house setup great for our purposes. We had 6 kids and 6 adults. The kids basically inhabited the bottom walk-out level and used those bedrooms and play areas while the adults stayed on the main floor. The house itself and property were in great shape. Instructions and requests from the owners were simple and reasonable. My only complaint is that there were no balls for the foosball table and only one intact stick for the billiards table.

DIRTY, DIRTY
To enter the home the instructions were not written correctly. We had to change the door code several times during our stay because the previous codes wouldn't work. The PM was available and polite but what a hassle. The home was DIRTY. The PM send out a cleaner, but it wasn't much cleaner after. I cleaned all the toilets and frig, ect... Kitchen sink was dirty, dishes were greasy, utensils compartment was dirty, food was on the floor, trash in the trashcan, old food in the two refrig, Frig had smeared food on/in it, Toilets had poo on the lids, hair in the sinks, toilets and showers, clearly was not vacuumed (beads, hair, sticks, ect..), the upper shower and bathroom sinks had slow drain you're standing in 3"-4" of water. Shower water was not hot. Toilet paper was very little on the roll and no extra. Laundry was on the dryer. No towels in the sink areas. Dirty doors, light switches, tables (food). I would stay there again because of the size of the home. It had plenty of beds, allowed 2 dogs and allowed me to have my family come visit during our stay. I plan on renting this place in May but will talk with the PM to ensure the cleanliness and drainage issues. PM came to the home to get the TV's working. PM was available and nice otherwise I would not return to this property. Price was fair for the size and for the length of stay.
