Nice Condo
We enjoyed staying at this Condo. It is well equipped, and close to a number of food and entertainment options.If your plans take you to the Denver Tech Center or the southeast side of the Denver metropolitan area, this is an excellent place to land.

Quick trip
Very good communication with the host!! Condo was very clean, but the carpet could use a good cleaning. It was very convenient having the unit on the first floor and the first unit off the parking lot. Neighborhood was great and had no issues with noise or neighbors. Parking was very easy. Beds were very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this unit. Also very close to a lot of restaurants and things to do and was very accessible to the freeway system!

Family Trip
Property was nice and was only 10 mins from family that lives in Colorado. Located near several restaurant and shopping . Pool was a bonus and Brian was very easy to get ahold of and responded quickly

Loved the property! The property manager was on point with any of our needs. Brian took his time explaining local sites of interest which helped us better in navigating the city. Thanks again for the stay! We will visit again!

Scammer! Beware
Host lied about condition after we left, said we partied and did drugs (never once in my life), accused me of bad parenting when I told him I was just there with my family, threatened me and then had the gall to make racist remarks about my family. I have it witnesses and text screenshots of everything. Also is now tying to charge exorbitant fees because there were some water bottles on the floor when we left. Beware! This guy is a bad person and will take advantage of you if he can. Not worth the risk to stay here.

This property desperately needs a thorough deep cleaning!! The Master bathroom had not been cleaned. There were many moths in the rooms but no swatters. Location & property layout are GREAT but better care needs to be a priority.

Nice place in a great location
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. It is a cute little place - maybe not the most updated but cozy and comfortable. We loved the fireplace. Big closets and dressers were a plus. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well enough for 2 people. We probably cook more than most and it worked ok. The complex is in a great location. Lots of casual dining and shopping nearby. Quick access to I25. Since it was winter we didn’t use the grill. The community center and gym were closed for repairs so I can’t comment on that. Finally, the owner was great! He made check-in/check-out easy, made sure we had everything we needed and provided with a list of all the places to visit in the area. Thanks Brian!

Wonderful place to stay
This was a great place to stay as my sister and I came from out of town for her to have surgery at a local hospital. It was so nice to stay somewhere more like home rather than a hotel as she recovered. The only item I would note was that the property clubhouse appeared closed for renovation, so it might be worth checking with the property owner for updates if that might impact your decision when booking. Our host Brian was extremely proactive in communicating, friendly and helpful and the house was well stocked with anything we could possibly have needed. Couldn't have asked for anything more and the affordable rate was budget friendly. Thanks for a great stay.

All that you need in Denver Tech
If you are reading this, stop the search, you have found the place! I never write reviews, stayed in tons of VRBOs and this place has everything you need. Excellent host who is very nice and always there for anything you need yet respects your privacy. The accommodation is very nice, modern, clean and comfortable. You can not beat the location! A lot more positives to say and you will not regret staying here.

Family reunion
This condo was very clean, easy parking, excellent location for shopping, eating, and starting point for day trips. My husband, daughter, son in law and I ate many meals here as the kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, spices. Washer and dryer very helpful ( we packed enough for half a trip, then did a load of laundry). Just a few steps up to the first floor and you're in.

Greenwood Village Weekend Stay
We enjoyed a long weekend at this convenient condo. The unit was well equipped throughout. Brian allowed us an early check-in too! Spent an afternoon downtown, attended a concert at Red Rocks, had a tasting at Coors, headed up through the mountains to the casinos in Black Hawk, visited the Taste of Colorado and Chalk Art celebrations. Each night relaxing at the condo, pool area & outdoor grill. The only downer of our trip was that the RTD was not reliable which was no fault of the condo owner. Thankfully we had also rented a vehicle and it was easy to navigate around. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, nice rental
Property owner was very responsive to all requests. Stayed there with my son to help him recover after surgery. It was a very nice, comfortable place for his recovery. The complex was quiet and we felt safe. Pictures of rental are accurate. Owner very responsive and helpful. No issues with check in as our flight got bumped to an earlier time and we needed to check in earlier and he allowed us to do so. Overall very good experience!!!
