The property was the perfect place to stay when visiting Denver. It was very clean and had a great rooftop view. Check in and check out were seamless. I would highly recommend!

Great Stay in Sloane’s lake

Beautiful apartment in Denver with lots of space. Neighborhood is quiet and safe, with plenty of parking. Host was responsive and helpful for any questions we had.

Great Location

The place was perfect for our stay. Great location getting to/from Red Rocks, Coors Field, Meow Wolf, etc. comfortable beds. Loved the shower with the digital temp gauge!

Nice place in a nice neighborhood. Really only 2 usable bedrooms

Nice house, great location, nice neighborhood! I wish I would have read more reviews before booking. Should be listed as a 2bedroom. My husband and I along with our 2 grown children. their spouses and infants stayed in the house. My husband and I had to take the lower level bedroom because the babies slept in bassinets in their bedrooms. You could barely walk around the bed to get out the bedroom door. We had to keep our suitcases in the foyer. The closet was too small to use. We thought about sleeping on the sofa bed upstairs but the couch was broken and we didn’t want to break it more by trying to set up the sofa bed.

Great Denver Location

This home has a great location within walking distance to the stadium and Sloan lake and short drive to Meow Wolf. This would have been a perfect stay, if not for the 3rd bedroom which is a very small converted office on the entry floor, with literally no room for anything but the bed. The half bath is the next floor up and the full bath is 2 floors up from this room. Very comfortable space for 2 couples!

Walking Distance to Empower Field

This is the second time we have stayed in this area and love the convenience to Empower Field, Mewo Wolf, Denver Art Institute, and the Denver Aquarium. Also, it is a great, safe neighborhood where you can walk and spend time in nearby park or at a great restaurant.

Excellent place just outside the city

This is such a cute rental! The rooftop patio was GORGEOUS for sunsets! Downtown Denver was under 15 minutes away and made for easy day trips to the city for tours and shows. We did rent a car so we were able to head to Garden of the Gods (highly recommend!!) but there was plenty to do downtown if you’d rather not get a rental and just Uber. We found a super cute Mexican restaurant (taqueria la familia) and frequented to Mexican bakery (Rosales Mexican bakery) nearby. Our last morning there was an emergency going on in a neighboring unit’s water and our water had to be shut off. The renter was very quick to respond to these concerns and investigate what was going on! I was very happy with their response time and friendliness when resolving this issue. I highly recommend them and will be returning to this unit in the future!

Red rocks concert

Plenty of room for 4 adults. Well equipped.Pretty roof top views. Stairs were not a problem. Maybe not great for very young/old.Nice neighborhood. Walking distance to Sloan Lake,nice breweries and shops. Very easy taking Ubers into Denver. Arranged a bus ride which departed from a restaurant in Denver up to Red Rocks Amphitheater for a concert. Very convenient.

West Colfax

We stayed at this property over a long weekend for a Red Rocks concert and everything was fantastic. The property is located in a cool, newer feeling residential area in a great location. Only 5 minutes to downtown and ~25 minutes to Red Rocks. The townhome/condo was very clean and updated, no complaints at all.

Good location. Walking distance from Mile High Stadium. Small 3rd bedroom, but functional. Nice upper deck with great view. Main floor kitchen, dining, family room was excellent.

Great weekend stay

House has a well stocked kitchen with all necessary cooking needs. Great location within walking distance to restaurants and Broncos stadium. Beautiful views from roof top patio. Highly recommend.

Excellently Appointed Condo

Location of the condo was awesome - walkable to Sloan's Lake hip restaurants & coffee, close to park & grocery. And no more that 15 minutes away from any Denver place we were wanting to go on this trip. Condo is excellently appointed for a longer stay, more people, or for someone who wanted to prepare most meals. Neighbor hood was quiet, including the roof top terrace, which was a lovely way to while the evenings.

Wonderful Stay

Great experience. Perfect location and everything from booking to check out was wonderful. Fantastic location especially if you are going to a Broncos game! Great communication. You'll love this place. My only thing I would mention is there are lots of stairs so if that is an issue for anyone in your group this probably isn't the best fit for you. Otherwise it is FANTASTIC!

Fantastic Stay

This property was immaculate and you can’t ask for a better location. The views from the private roof top were spectacular. I highly recommend this property. From the moment we checked In to the moment we checked out, the experience was first class.
