Beautiful location. Worked out well for our family get together. With people coming from around the country, at different times, I appreciated the ability to arrange early check-in. The home had ample parking and nice outdoor space for morning coffee. Large kitchen and an abundance of bathrooms. They are serious about the drive grade, it is very steep with drop offs on the side.

Great secluded place close to Red Rocks and Evergreen. Close to hiking trails and some cool night life spots.

Large House But Not Great

Appliances in the kitchen did not work properly. Several of the window blinds did not work. There were mice in the house on the ground floor. The mice were in the bedroom and the living space which made it very unpleasant!

Great Location

We had a great stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and easy to get around. The amenities were exactly as described, which made for a comfortable and convenient visit. Communication with the property manager was excellent, quick responses and very helpful throughout our stay.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Property management was very responsive answering questions prior to our arrival as well as answering needs during our stay. The home is beautiful and beds are comfortable. There were only two dish towels and the pots and pans need updated (scratched teflon) for cooking large meals, but otherwise things were good. There seemed to be a bit of a fly issue throughout the home as well. For tv watchers, there is only one tv in the basement living area outside of the two in the Master rooms, pretty limited for a house this size although accurately described on the listing. The views were absolutely amazing and the overall layout of the house was good, providing plenty of private space as well as large areas to gather as a group. Thank you for sharing this home.

Mountain Getaway

This location was perfect for our group. We did some hiking and enjoyed a concert at Red Rocks. When at the house, we enjoyed the beautiful scenery while eating, playing games and enjoying time with each other. Many thanks!

Great house with lots of bedrooms

An overall well maintained, impressive house. 2 bedrooms out of the 6 are enormous suites! Communication with property management was prompt and helpful. Maybe they’ve addressed some of the prior reviews stating that the house isn’t stocked well - we were surprised with what they left available to us. Would definitely stay again!

Had a wonderful time…

After talking to the manager about a shortage of toilet paper we were given the access to the maids closet. There was none in there either. We needed to purchase toilet paper, garbage bags(1spare) and paper towels. That was a bit of a disappointment as we had 14 adults. Just a heads up a coffee pot threw off an electric shock and then there was no more power to the two sockets by the sink in the kitchen. Other than that a great time was had by all and we may be back next year!

Amazing hosts

We had an amazing time with Effortless Stay. They were super responsive, the house was beautiful and the check in and check out was very easy. This house was perfect for our group of 11 for a girls trip. The outdoor spaces were perfect for viewing the mountains and the house was clean and beautifully spacious. I would highly recommend this house to large parties as we all felt comfortable and there was plenty of space in the kitchen and outdoors to accommodate group meals

Amazing!!!

This was exactly what me and my friends were looking for! An amazing view, so many rooms to choose from, and great hangout spaces. Super clean and the owner was super quick to respond every time. Definitely recommend!!

Baby it’s cold outside

After a tough year loosing my grandmother, father, an Aunt and my best friend. I felt my family needed a new clean peaceful gateway to realize how thankful we are that we still each other. The coziness and warmth of the house was amazing. The kitchen had ever equipment you could need to make a big meal for alit of people. Loved our stay.

Renter Beaware!

Overall the stay was good. The driveway could be a problem for some and they don't tell you about it until you arrive. There was 1 kitchen towel and no dish cloth, sponge or brush. There were two dishwashers that were both broken. One rack was held up with tape and a rusted wood screw. The other was missing a roller on the bottom rack. Some rooms didn't have clean sheets and the bathrooms had few towels and only 1 washcloth per bath. the body wash smelled horrible so bring your own. There were no blinds on the huge windows in the master bathroom that overlooks the driveway and other properties. We never talked to the owner and had to suffer with poor communication with Effortless rental property managers. They quoted one price when we asked to stay an additional day then tried to charge us double. Needless to say, we left and made other arrangements. I really hope the owner reads this review and considers changing property managers and cleaning people. I will never deal with Effortless Management services when renting again through VRBO.

Great location for a family getaway in the mountains!

House is extraordinary: location is excellent, spacious, roomy, full of light, big bedrooms, enough bedrooms for everyone, several terraces to enjoy. Slope to get to the property is very tricky with snow/ice, we had to park the cars down out by the road for a couple of days because of the snow, but all part of the fun! Only complaint is the cooking related needs. Gas grill outside was very dirty and the burners were not working properly and kitchen utensils, pans, spoons etc could definitely benefit from an upgrade. Bedrooms were very cozy, nice comforters, good towels. Not all the baths had shampoo and soap as advertised. Downstairs game room was great!
