Beachfront Condo

We wanted to be right on the beach so this location was perfect. There were a few issues but overall we enjoyed our stay. The unit and furnishings are outdated. The frame on the sliding, mirrored closet door was all rusty on the bottom & the carpet in the closet was dirty. The base trim in the hall, bedroom & main bathroom was dirty. The side of the vanity in the main bathroom is deteriorating. The property is managed by RealJoy Vacations. The gate code for access to the beach was not included in our check in instructions from RealJoy so we had to inquire about that. RealJoy notified us that a repair person was going to come to work on the dishwasher. I had received an email indicating that there were open dates between our rental dates and the next guest so I asked if the repairs could be done after we checked out. RealJoy notified us that the repairs had been re-scheduled for after we checked out. There was no kitchen stopper for the sink. We notified RealJoy about this & they delivered one. We were on the balcony and were startled when someone knocked on the sliding glass door. Two men had come in to clean the dryer vent. We were not notified of this. RealJoy did take steps to resolve some of the communication issues.

Wonderful relaxing vacation

I loved staying here. It's only a 3 story building so it was easy to get around and really easy to get to the beach. Condo was clean and perfect for my husband and I. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect!

We were there for five weekdays in Sept and the property was great. 2nd floor, mid bldg is great for views, elevator,and boardwalk to beach. Good cookware in kitchen. Would return.

Awesome Condo for Vacations!

We have stayed in the Crystal Sands Condos for many years now and they are always neat, clean and comfortable. We tried a few others places, but we end up right back at these 3-Story Units right on the beach. Looking forward to the next time!

Great stay on the beach

Great place right on the beach. Building is older but clean and in great shape. This is a great area that is quiet, family friendly, less crowded and close to shopping. Host is friendly and accommodating.

Nice Quiet Area

This rental was well stocked with basic kitchen and bath supplies. Very nice view, I did see dolphins from the balcony. It is a convent location for restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again! PS…. If you like Gumbo, Kenny D’s is the bomb!

Heaven on Earth!

The condo is small in regard to actual bedrooms, but worked fine for our family of 5! Gorgeous views of the ocean and dolphins playing! Easy access to beach. Heated pool was nice when kids got cold. Easy access to town and activities.

AMAZING VIEW

On a quick last min trip Miramar Beach, my hubs and I wanted a spot on the beach with a view. This condo was a good find! Although the furniture was a wee bit dated, it was very clean and tidy. Access to the beach was so easy, with the boardwalk practally outside our deck. The condo was stocked well enough that when we had groceries delivered, we had adequate cookware. When we did venture out, there were a couple places close enough to walk. There were several suggestions on the site of places that were "walking' distance from the condo, that I couldn't imagine being a convenient or safe walk, but Uber was readily available. Also, the ride from the Destin/Ft. Walton airport wasn't 11 min as suggested on the site. Plan for 25 min or more. Overall, we had a very good visit. Comfy beds, washer/dryer, some basic household/toiletries provided, everything we could need. Most importantly, the VIEW was extraordinary at all times, we were even lucky enough to see dolphins twice while just sitting on the couch!! We would definitely stay here again.
