"El hotel es lindo, las habitaciones más que básicas, ni nevera, ni cafetera. Pero con un balcón grande con vista al mar y espacio para colgar tu ropa mojada. Esta justo al lado del centro de interacción con el tiburón ballena. Está junto al mar pero no tiene playa. Estuve dos noches hospedada, Internet no funcionó nunca. Deberían mejorarlo."

"Beautiful place and nice room but the moment I opened the door the room wreaked of black mold. I narrowed it down to the air con. A newer model bit obviously never maintained. The mini-fridge too has black mold around the door seal. We stayed one night. I sprayed a ton of body spray and that mostly solved the smell but of course the mold was still in the air. Ive been sick for 3 days after we left. Very unhappy. The sink faucet comes right out. A simple nut would fix it. The sink and shower...

"An amazing vacation with family. Staff were extremely accomodating, kind and very friendly, and I appreciate the hospitality and help rendered throughout our stay. Pool is great, and our dog Carrot definitely loves the aircon and comfortable bed and blankets. We particularly love that the hotel-resort is pet friendly.
