"We like to check out different places around Ohio for fun weekend trips and this house was our new favorite! Luckily we planned on just chilling in the house because the weather ended up being bad and it was so cozy and accommodating. The view was beautiful, it had everything (even found a few birthday candles that we forgot to bring!) and the beds were so comfortable we all slept great! "

"Our family tries to get together at least once each year, normally around the Christmas holiday. We (2 grandparents, 8 children and spouses, and 15 grandchildren ages 7 to 30) came to this Ft Recovery gem from Ohio, Illinois, New York, Los Angeles and Virginia. The main floor open kitchen, living room and eating spaces, game area in the lower floor, and fantastic adjacent building with full basketball/volleyball court and loft with wet bar allowed us to spread out and spend time in small groups...

"This property was perfect for our family of 10. We had plenty of space and so much to do-- projector for movies, hot tub, pool table, darts, and some games. We didn't have to do laundry or strip beds which made checking out a breeze. My ONLY issues are that the beds are very, very firm. Not my preference. The other thing is that there seems to be a drain that leads out to the drive way. We went when it was 17 degrees and this got icy going to and from our car. We actually bought salt to lay down...

"Great place and wonderful views. If you have a dog though, theres no good place to take a walk unless you drive somewhere. Maybe because it was off season, but it was nice and quiet, except for the yappy dog across the street waking us up at 5:30 in the morning. Short drive to stores and restaurants made it a convenient place to stay."

"This property was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 young children. Hosts were very accommodating and excellent with communication. There were plenty of toys for our kids to play with. The kitchen is wonderful and very clean. Although a little cold in the winter, there are plenty of space heaters to keep it comfortable. We definitely plan to stay here again when in town. Check in and out was very easy as well. This is perfectly as advertised. "

"We absolutely loved staying at this special place on Indian Lake! Whether you are cooking, watching TV, eating at the dinner table, or on the covered patio, you can see the water! When outside, my family enjoyed the firepit, lawn games, paddleboat and kayak, and jumping off of the dock! This special spot was perfect for making so many memories. "Communication with the owner - always a pleasant exchange. The owner was quick to respond with any questions we had. Property itself - large, clean and nicely kept - met our needs as a group of 6 adult girlfriends. We were just there in mid-September and the weather was in the high 80's with low humidity.
