After spending days walking around the city, I can confidently say that this hotel is in the best location possible. It provides a perfect balance of accessibility and comfort. "The service of the staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond in helping us in booking cabs through out our stay. They help us to book Sapa Trekking (4 nights -3 days), it’s nice trip with great servicethey helped us figure out best places to shop depending on our need, the rooms were clean and to top it off they even gave us a small gift of coffee on our check out which was a pleasant surprise."
