"Tuvimos problemas para entrar a la propiedad porque no hubo comunicación ente expedia y el lugar, y no tenian mi reserva, hasta despues de varias llamadas y unas horas despues se pudo arreglar. Los departamentos estan muy buenos, pero la limpieza si puede mejorar bastante"

"We had an excellent stay. Self check-in was easy. The accommodation was excellent, well maintained and had everything we needed as a family of four. The children loved going to get eggs from the chickens and seeing all the animals. The hosts provided animal feed as part of the check in process, which was appreciated as the children loved feeding them. The only thing missing was a mirror above the dresser, it was tricky for my wife to use the bathroom mirror to do her hair between everyone...

"Pretty good all round - clean, nicely appointed and comfortable but with one major flaw. The boiler works away all night and with a late night and then an early rise the next day was a little disappointing and made sleeping soundly very difficult. 9/10 with the exception of the boiler noise "

"Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

"Lovely cottage in a great location for travel into London and the Theme Parks. "

"We had a 3 night stay in the property on the banks of the Thames. The place was very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable break. The hot tub and sauna were fantastic and the music items in the house were great, I loved the digital grand piano and retro Jukebox. It was a good base to explore local places including Windsor, Henley and Marlow. The rock and punk memorabilia was very interesting. The access is very tight to manoeuvre into and the constant noise e from planes...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cavendish House. It’s was clean and very comfy. We were definitely not disappointed! Added bonus of an off street parking space and a 2 minute walk to the castle and town made it the perfect choice. Communication from Chris was great and he couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Thank you for having us we will definitely return. "

"Accommodation itself was excellent. Very good condition and nice and clean. Location was great and all parts of Eton and Windsor were walkable. Communication was great from the property itself. NOT from Hotels.com who were hard to get through to and not very helpful. Night time noise wasn’t great being right on the road and near pub/restaurant. It was hot so windows had to stay open. "

"Nos hospedamos por una noche y desde que llegamos nos dijeron que el Aire Acondicionado funcionaba pero había que esperar a que enfriara nunca enfrío. No quejamos con el personal y no había nadie en el hotel que pudiera solucionarlo. Subieron dos personas del front desk y nos dicen que no había solución. Pedimos cambio de habitación y no habían disponibles. Solo nos ofrecieron abanicos. No dormimos nada en lo absoluto. incluyendo mi hijo quien estaba en la habitación con nosotros. Nunca hubo un acercamiento para devolvernos el dinero. Estamos escribiendo por otros medios pues el hotel es muy costoso y lo menos que esperamos era una habitación funcional. "

Perfecto para afterwork

"El hotel está muy bien. He estado con compañeros de trabajo y la verdad que se agradece mucho la mesa de ping-pong, el futbolin, dardos, billar, etc. Es perfecto para relajarse después del trabajo. El gimnasio también está muy bien El desayuno después del segundo dia aburre. Está muy bieb situado con muchos restaurantes alrededor"
