"My family just returned from 4 nights at this property. It had everything we needed to make it a great stay. The property was clean, well air conditioned and the views were amazing. Bring water shoes for trips down to the water. Transportation from the house to various spots on the island is very expensive so prepare for that. Our host was very responsive. Bermudians are some of the nicest people out there. Great stay!"

"I travel to Bermuda on business several times a year and have stayed at a host of different places from resorts/hotels to rentals and this one is hands down the best so far.Spacious and clean with all of the necessary amenities to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.The water pressure was the best I've experience on island and having a grocery store less than a 1/2 mile away was super convenient (although it is closed on Sundays).Austin was a great host and I plan on staying with him again!"

"This place is fabulous, just like in the pictures. You get your private balcony to watch the sunsets, and walk right down to the ocean for swimming and snorkeling. The owners are super nice and very helpful. The is room comfy and the bed is nice and firm. We would definitely stay here again. Small word of awareness, it is down a steep road, and can be tricky to navigate. Also it requires some up and down hilly walking to the ocean and room, just keep that in mind. Other than that, it's paradise,...

" Wonderful Host! Jessica was easy to communicate with and very helpful in planning our trip. The home is spacious and each bedroom is very private. We LOVED having dinner on the patio in the evenings to the sound of the surf and the frogs. Check with Jessica about the best way to get to the beaches just below the house. We walked comfortably with three teenagers but the South road could be busy and not a lot of apron in a few spots. It took us about 15-20 minutes. Once the Princess Club...

"Stayed for 4 nights and would love to return. Absolutely lovely, quiet place on a hill overlooking the island and Ms Claudette was an extremely helpful host with both with check in/check out as well as her local sightseeing and food recommendations. Walking distance to beaches and bus. Was also super helpful to have a convenience/wine store nearby. "

"Great location - moments from two bus routes and the ferry (which runs to hamilton in mornings and evenings). The dock meant we could get picked up by boat! We used the cove every evening - incredible sunsets! This end of the island is gorgeous!! Itwas easy to get in and out of hamilton and ferries from nearby dockyard make the whole island easily accessible. And loads of facilities at dockyard make it easy to go on boat trips, hire jet skies or kayaks. The cottage itself is spacious and cool....
