"We were welcomed wonderfully by the night manager who was very friendly. The room was smart and clean though a tad cold though the heating kicked in a bit later. They very kindly put a cot in our room however the mattress was very thin and no sheet. It was ok our little one cuddled up with me and we had a good sleep in a comfy bed. Breakfast was standard and a good selection. All in all very good value"

"Hotel and room all lovely, parking outside was great! Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were all incredibly friendly. The only downside was the bed itself wasn’t the most comfortable but otherwise the stay was great! "

"Lovely from start to finish. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Accommodated all requests including a bottle of bubbly and balloons in the room on arrival for hubby’s birthday. Lovely sea view, great room, lovely breakfast. Great facilities finding surprising in the never ending corridors. A snooker room, pool And gym and a great ball room. A lovely chilled out overnight stay. Definitely recommend."

"Second stay at Mode which is fast becoming our go-to for the events that we occasionally attend in Lytham. Rooms are modern and clean and we really appreciate the Queen size beds which make us feel at home! Also fantastic value for money and communication was spot on. Mode are doing things right."
