"This resort is very beautiful and quiet. I suggest to further the staff training particularly in directly dealing with customers. We had to call and asked to pick us up at the ferry even though I scheduled it before I even arrived. The front desk told me the housekeeping comes every other day. I told her it’s unacceptable considering being a luxury resort. They accommodated my request. The service isn’t bad but it just needs more training. The Breakfast portion size is NOT enough. "I had a wonderful visit at El Momo. I was in Saba for hiking and the cottages were nestled into the woods, giving the perfect setting for enjoying the natural surroundings. The view from the cottages was amazing, the pool was a perfect spot to relax after a day out. The staff was helpful and friendly. "

"When we arrived nobody was there so no check in, completely dark, we found a lodge with a key in the door so we could use it. Late at night someone arrived. He arranged a breakfast for us the next morning which was very nice. The rest of the stay was ok. "

"A beautiful hotel from the old days in totall decay. Slowly everything becomes green even the pool. No matresses on the poolbeds. Everything desolated. Broken stuff is not repaired and paint vanishes. The room was spacious but the broken toilet flush and noisy airco disturbed our night. We intended to stay 3 nights but run out after 1. Very dissapointing after seeing the misleading webpage and reading stories of the hotel from long ago. The price is a rip off. Don't go there!"

"Leuk kleinschalig appartementencomplex met een mooi zwembad. Je hebt wel een auto nodig maar dat is toch aan te raden als je veel van het eiland wil zien. De manager was super aardig en communicatie was goed. Alles was schoon. De douchehoek was wat verouderd maar verder was alles top."

"We absolutely loved our two-week stay in Villa Trepanier! If you have a family of four, it's a terrific size. My wife and I had our own bedroom, and each of our kids did, as well, which made life nice for the extended trip ;) The location is excellent!
