"Our family stayed here for a night on our way further south for the holidays. We were a little concerned because of other reviews that it might be a bit cold overnight for the older generation, but that certainly was not the case. Space heaters were available and very much not needed! The furnace did it's job beautifully. The front porch was a really wonderful feature of the home and we enjoyed sitting out there in the evening. We also had dogs with us and the fenced in yard was amazing to have....

"We went to Huntington to visit family and decided on this property over getting a hotel room, and we are so glad we did. The house is very nice inside. The check-in process was painless. We had zero issues during our stay!"

"This property was wonderful. Just tge rufht suze for my family and I. Very clean and up todate. The property manager was freindly and answered our questions fast. They even allowed us to check in early when we arrived sooner than planned. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!"

"I liked how responsive the owners are and how quiet it is. The breakfasts are amazing - they give you a menu and bring it to your door when you want and it tastes great! The only downside is when it's super cold out, the floor gets cold, but they do run space heaters in addition to the regular heater and even put down extra rugs. The cabin is on stilts since it's right on the river so I think some insulation under the floor would make it perfect!"

"This was perfect! Absolutely beautiful cabin, beautiful surroundings. We saw horses and Deers and squirrels and the pond my son-in-law and daughter fished in the pond. They had a blast. It was perfect. Will be renting again in the fall, because I can’t even imagine how gorgeous the leaves are going to be. The host is very accommodating very kind. We made a ton of fabulous memories. Thank you so much!My advice to others just do it!"

"Simple and at ease from check in! So glad i found this property for our half way stop back to Illinois. The beds were so comfy, kid and dog friendly, no clutter, great water pressure. We felt at home! We stayed with our dog, 2 and 4 year old kiddos, their grandmother and my husband and myself and we had plenty of room! The back yard was so nice for our pup after a long drive. Would easily choose to stay here again, thank you for a great VRBO! "

"We greatly enjoyed staying at Royal retreat townhouse the condo is fully updated. It is clean with nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The townhouse is conveniently located near grocery store and city park. Highly recommend this unit."

"Our stay was great and the neighbors friendly. Sal was very responsive, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was very clean. I only gave our stay a 4 because some of the information was not correct and needs to be updated. It says that you have the grass next to the property but this has been turned into a RV campground. Not that it's a big deal there's plenty of space but that was not pictured and described Even though we don't have small children it did list a play...

"We stayed a few nights with family and friends, and this place exceeded our expectations. It was super clean, the area was quiet, the manager was responsive, check-in was fast and easy. The layout was perfect for us, and the backyard area provided plenty of seating for outdoor adventures. You can't gogo wrong with this place!!issue"

"They double book us then tried putting us in a different house for same price and we looked it up and the second house was cheaper it was $70 a night and the original one was $120 "

"We booked this B&B so we would be close to the Gallapolis Christmas lights. It was a perfect location right on the Ohio River. We got there early before check in and was aloud to check in. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the tugboats and barges float by. "

"Brennan, your host, provides everything you will need, except food, to have an enjoyable stay. This home is very cozy and clean. Located within a short distance to stores and restaurants. I highly recommend Ricky Top Pizza which is about 4 minutes away"

"This cabin was all it advertised and more. Never have stayed anywhere with as many amenities. The setting was beautiful and quiet and relaxing. Close to town but in the countryside. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting some time away from it all. "
