"Hotel location - easy access to the beach. Very friendly staff. Bathroom sink is clogged and they were not able to fix it. We stayed at 3rd floor Room 5 and bathroom is too small. No space to move around. Restaurant served uncooked chicken (Mango chicken ) "

"My stay at this hotel was very welcoming and comfortable and safe. The staff are exceptional and friendly Clarizel was a wonderful hostess and even after an unforeseeable power outage the staff went above and beyond to make sure i was not only comfortable and kept the power on running their generators. I will stay here again when i return to Tuguegarao and recommend them to my friends and family.🙌☺️"

"We came in at night since it is a 12 hour drive from where we’re from. The place is worth what we’ve paid for. Not bad. I would say, grateful for the place. They just didn’t have a very good AC and some ants on the bed. No wifi available in the room and a little old but, if you’re just there to unwind. Perfect place without contact since signal is crappy. I guess, just for emergency is what you need to think about but, everythibg was good. "

First, card offline, front desk said they are not taking cards but i booked online so i assumed i can still use my card. 2nd, free breakfast, when i checked in, i asked front desk, if i have free breakfast, online booking one room for 8, additional 2 rooms for 2 pax.she yes there's free breakfast, morning comes she said only 3 free breakfast, after 1 minute she said only 1 free breakfast. "The inn is quite far but the staff and the owner are very accommodating. We felt like we were staying with family. Everything was clean. This is a very simple inn but you'd be amazed by how friendly and how polite the people are."
