"If you’re staying at the villas or treehouses, just know they’re doing construction (as of Feb 2025), which can be annoying if you plan to stay at your villa between 8:30 AM and 4 PM. "Calichi Point has been on my places to stay for many years and we finally decided to book our trip to St. John and our stay. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend staying here! The drive up (and down) is on some very windy roads but the view is breathtaking and the privacy can't be beat! With 75% of the island being a National Park, we took advantage of some hiking that led us to some pretty amazing beaches!! Dining is quite limited so plan to stock up on groceries and enjoy eating on your patio each...

The location was simply stunning, with easy access to some of the world’s most beautiful beaches. "I loved my stay at the Lameshur Cottage and Campsite! The host was very kind and messaged me back quickly if I needed help. My favorite part was the outdoor kitchen and shower. I even seen deer on the property ! I will definitely be back."

"Great views, wonderful natural setting sleeping with the trees!"

"We really enjoyed our stay - from the balcony, there was a wonderful view of the tops of the trees that covered the valley behind the house. We would watch iguanas eating tropical flowers on the treetops and parakeets flying back and forth. The interior was great too, with a great kitchen and comfortable furnishings."

"I somehow missed the part that the toilet was about 50 yards away from the container.I also missed the part that it was a “peekaboo shower“ in the outdoor kitchen area (40 yards away), with a view of the owners front porchBeing retired military, with several overseas visits, that was not a problem for me.My wife was a little bit more delicate and refused to use the shower "

"Mayling’s property is brand new, completely redone. We stayed on the ground unit. The tile is beautiful and has great bathrooms. The kitchen is nice..we did not cook but the space is comfortable. Smart TVs in all three rooms. This is a nice unit that feels new. Mayling also left us plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, even beach chairs that we did not use, as we had our own. "Beautiful spacious home with gorgeous views. The deck had plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy the view of Coral bay and surrounding islands. Everything we needed for our beach days was included with the home. We would definitely rent this home again! "

"My family of 5, kids aged 11-15 just got back from our stay at Fish Tales. The house was rustic and charming, just what we were looking for. Plenty of room for my family to spread out. The house was stocked with everything we needed for our trip, and it was very clean. I miss the incredible views. "Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views on the quieter side of the island. Property has lovely gardens, beautiful to see and very attractive to birds (one of our key interests). We saw 18 “life” species on the island, 14 of which we saw from the expansive deck. Hosts were very personable, with good recommendations on places to bird, eat and snorkel. It helped that they had snorkel equipment and beach towels for our use. Property was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay....
