"Great overall "

"Host was very friendly & accomodating, flexible. Long, dusty, bumpy dirt road to property. Woodsy & secluded. If you think camping, you'll be thrilled w/ AC, very comfortable beds, electricity, hot & cold water etc. You won't mind so much missing & broken items and minor housekeeping lapses. Overall, a pleasant, inexpensive getaway, tho you can hear &glimpse major highway nearby. Despite nearby homes, we saw a deer and several bunnies!"

"We had a lovely time at this cozy house by the river! It was so nice to sit on the deck in the morning with a cup of coffee and listen to the birds. The house was clean and in excellent condition. "

"We loved staying at the Tipsy Turtle. The Ichetucknee river is one of our favorite places to visit. We did multiple float, snorkel, & kayak/SUP trips all from the Tipsy Turtle dock or the TREPO parks. We'll definitely be coming back."

"We wanted to go kayaking at Itchetucknee Springs, this property was perfect. It was only 10 minutes away from the springs. Plenty of space for 6 of us. Even if our group of 10 had made it there would have been plenty of room. The local restaurants were great also. The Farm Stand, Nutrition Springs, Blue Star Grill, Prohibition Pizza, Sandy Point"

"The cottage was everything that we wanted and needed. It is out in the country but close enough to stores if we wanted to go out. Everything is so quiet there. You could hear no traffic or neighbors. It was very peaceful."

"We loved staying here! Perfect location for any and all outdoor activities on the rivers and springs. We loved relaxing on the floating dock and sitting around the fire in the evening. Lisa and Mike were extremely hospitable and communicative. We can’t wait to stay there again! "

"Myself and a few friends were here from all over to help with the hurricane disaster relief project. Mrs. Christine made sure we were comfortable, made accommodations for us, and had exceptional hospitality. You will love it here!!!!!"

"We have stayed at margaritaville once before we really enjoy the property and cabin! Unfortunately the River was flooded and the kayaks weren’t in the best condition for such an intense River. Over all we had a blast. The second floor was perfect for the teenage boys to have some privacy and fun. We had everything we need to have awesome family dinners and our pets we’re safe and in heaven!"
