"This was a beautiful home and very spacious. The location was nice and convenient to everything. The chairs and barstools were loose and needed to be tighten. Also, the water doesn't stay hot long, even when no-one else was using it. Other than those two things, everything was great. House was well stocked with all necessities, which was new for me because other homes ive rented."

"From the gorgeously furnished living rooms, to the whimsical details in the TWO basement level bars, to the resort-quality pool and the comfortable beds and bathrooms, this was the best experience we've ever had renting a property! Wait, don't forget the incredibly well-stocked kitchen, butler's pantry and dining room! And the comfy "gentleman's lounge". And the pool house BBQ...Not a single thing was overlooked, and the property manager was immediately available at all times to answer...

"I needed a place that was close to WellStar Kennestone Hospital for me and our 2 small dogs as as my wife was having major surgery that required an extended stay. The house was very clean. The fenced yard was great for my dogs. The bath amenities were nice.Smart TVs in the living room and master were great.When every I needed information, the responses were very prompt and appreciated. "I came to Marietta to have dental surgery w/Nuvia. After 1.5 months of jumping through hoops for scans, medical clearances, etc. I was excited to drive the 4 hrs. The rental was charming and comfortable. there was natural light, hardwood floors, a smart TV, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi. Everything was included so that I could get my surgery, relax, and recover. Sadly, nuvia canceled my surgery with less than 24 hours notice for non-medical reasons. It was a nightmare. It was stressful. And the...
