"Very nice, well stocked, clean. Well water had an odor, but used bottled water and just quick showers. Just a suggestion to have wash clothes for showers and kitchen towels and wash clothes for kitchen. We had a very nice quiet stay and left rejuvenated when we left. "

"My husband, sister, dog and me spent each evening relaxing by our camp fire. We took a few trips to surrounding restaurants and took many walks. We entertained ourselves kayaking, playing cards or playing bean bag toss. One night we drove an easy ride to Presque Isle Downs to watch the magnificent horses and even bet and won on a few races. The last day we met our family for a ride on their pontoon in Pymatuning. This was one of my favorite getaways. "

"Chris, I have been staying there for 3 years straight and this year 4 of us rented the unit. However 2 of the group at the last minute could not come. Then I get an email that another $100 is due for excess cleaning to be paid!! We left the place almost as we found it. Towels were washed( (2) and I forgot to strip the bedding. Where does this so called $100 cleaning bill come from? I always pay in full to avoid this type of situations. Both of us are 66 uears old and we had 1 6 pack of beer...

"The rental is one unit of a duplex in a historic home. The apartment has been nicely updated with new kitchen, central air, etc. The layout is perfect for families. It was easy to get into town and down to Millcreek for activities, and only 10 minutes from Presque Isle. The downsides are that the neighborhood isn't great, the building shows its age and could use some attention, and the outdoor space is overgrown and not really useable.
