"We stayed for 3 nights while visiting the Atlanta area and will definitely be bookmarking the property for any future visits! Location is great, easy access to freeways and close to shops and restaurants in Decatur. Neighborhood is very quiet, so we slept well. House was lovely, lots of room, very clean and with great amenities - the massage chair and large TV with Roku were nice for relaxing in the evening. Terri was a great host, very responsive and prompt with communications."

"I was a little hesitant to book do to the reviews But I rented this house for a 2 day birthday celebration for me and some friends. The check in was smooth, there was some last minute changes and fees for the pool though. But given the fact that the house was beautiful it was worth every cent. Highly recommend just maybe reach out to the host a few days prior to checking in! But 9/10 over all."

"The house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. We had a large party and we cooked. However there was no blender and no large mixing bowls. Unbelievably there was also no iron which I thought should be a basic amenity. The house sleeps up to 12 people but the dining table only sits 6 and there was only 1 sofa in the living room that could seat only 4 people. "

"The duplex was perfect for a single female traveler. It had everything I needed from cookware to hairdryer. It was super clean, neat, and comfortable. Off street parking behind the unit was perfect. My duplex neighbors were great. WiFi worked well. The tomato plants at the front walk cracked me up (they were delicious). The only disappointment was the outdoor ‘patio space’. Not really sure where that was. Regardless, for a 5 night stay, it was perfect and I’d stay there again."

"We had a wonderful time, the house has great space and of course the playroom is amazing! One suggestion is to changr out the flourescent lighting up in the kids bunk room and in the kitchen, they were very bright harsh and cold light, we found them overwhelming for the spaces they were in. But the bunk was a huge hit with my daughter and everyone wants to stay at this house again next time we are back!"
