"Directions in binder where private Sandy Beach is located...( Path by railroad tiles ...just passed the crossing Oil all door hinges ..that way won't wake up others that are still sleeping...since no AC in bedrooms have to leave doors open to be comfortable in the bedrooms. Remote died and no AAA batteries, so went and bought some at DG store New grill ..that one worked but not hot only front part had flames...no way to cook food for 5 people. Door code only work to get in...so couldn't lock...

"Though the house was nice and pretty much what we expected, there was no information about staying there. We couldn't figure out how to get the tv to cable or to hook up the DVD player so we could use it. We didn't put the trash out to be collected because we didn't know when they were coming. We went to the beach that we think we were allowed at but we didn't know because there was no information about it."

"First of all. We didn’t know the water wasnt potable so we had to grab our own. When we pulled up it’s a barn attached to a house and you have to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the “apartment” it’s a barn so lots of black flies upstairs so we didn’t use the beds. "My partner and I (both in our early 60’s) stayed here in the Fall. Crisp air. Lake and mtn views. Fire pit. House warm on cold nights. We brought our own pillows and quilts. We cozied up on the recliner couch with our quilts and watched movies. We baked cookies and made all of our meals. The oven runs about 25 degrees too hot so keep that in mind for baking. We will be back for sure!! Owners are the best!! We called for help with an issue and he was there so fast. We stayed an extra night....

"We found the cabin to be all that we needed for our trip to North Hero. Our purpose was to visit our niece and her family who live in the area with our newest family member who was born in July. "Overall a very nice space, comfortable and clean. I would stay there again. Only complaint was being accused of having a pet there because the cleaning person found a shirt with hair on it. I was sent an invoice immediately for an extra cleaning fee without even asking first. We were a work crew in the area only staying there to eat and sleep, definitely no space for pets. We did get this cleared up and they said I didn't have to pay the fee."
