"Corola the property manager was amazing. The power had gone out in the area right before we got there, she was going to get us lanterns but it came back on so we called and let her know. Unfortunately the power only stayed on for 15 mins and then went back out the rest of the night. We disnt want to bother Corola to come out with the hope the power would come back on. Overall the property is very nice and bed was comfortable. Will need to visit again so we can really enjoy it more with power...

"This home was perfect for our get together with longtime friends. The beach location was wonderful and we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. It’s a condo unit towards the back of the property and we were able to negotiate the road in the dark. I had trouble with the access code, user error no doubt but the owner checked to ensure we were in. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. I would recommend this comfortable, nice home on the beach!"

"My friends and I had a lovely stay at this home. It is less than a mile from Marina State Beach and in a nice little neighborhood just off the freeway.The home was clean when we arrived. Everything except the kitchen was spacious. We particularly appreciated the outdoor seating area and getting our own bedrooms.Owner responded quickly to messages. "The five of us (parents three 20 something sons) had a great time getting away together. We played games, cooked, took walks at the nearby beach and went on a handrail ride (train tracks and all). The house is set up well for family hanging out. If you are planning on specific cooking/baking, I'd bring your 'have to have' supplies (cookie sheets for one) just in case."

"I really liked how the nieghborhood was really peaceful, most of all I really liked how clean the property was. The beach is also a three minute drive which my kids love and the property also has a beautiful garden to enjoy a picnic. Overall it was a very beautiful experience and for a fare price.
