"We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others for sure. Easy to get in and out of town. Bath towels are EXTREMELY nice and soft! However, if I had one suggestion it would be to address the water valve and pressure situation. Both showers seemed to experience issues with not only the pressure of the water but also the ability, or inability, to maintain a constant temperature. It would go from EXTREMELY hot to EXTREMELY cold with no warning. But seriously, a great stay...

"Brenda is a great host, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is absolutely silent, which is good for the soul. We walked in the fresh snow to the edge of the gorge and it was beautiful. My only disappointment was that the fireplace in the suite is off limits due to some totally legitimate technical issues. Knowing that ahead of time wouldn't have made a difference except that I wouldn't have got my hopes up for a fire next to the bed. Arriving close to sunset while it was snowing meant...

"We have very positive feedback for the homeowner but problems with Vacasa. For the homeowner; the condo was a welcoming space with furnishings in good condition and attention to making it homey and aesthetic. To Vacasa; The thermostat and fireplace was broken when we arrived. There was no heat! We were not told in advance that there was no cell service. "Very nice house. Three families, six adults and four kids. Kids loved the upstairs room with four twin beds and their own area to hang out. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans and plenty of dishes. We cooked every night for five nights. Would recommend and would stay again.Owners were very nice and promptly replied to every email and text. "

"What an amazing home! Everything was in excellent condition and as described. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location, just outside of Taos, is incredibly convenient, quiet, and spectacular (even by Taos standards). Be prepared to take many photos every day of the scenery! We had an absolutely wonderful family vacation, with skiing, hiking, museums, and restaurants just a short drive away. A truly exceptional home and stay!"
