"This cottage was immaculately clean, open, fresh and airy. The property was also neat and tidy. The view was amazing and we spent alot of our time just relaxing by the water and enjoying the breeze. The sunsets were beautiful too! We are Jeepers so we really had fun enjoying the local area with the tops off and riding throught hte coastal areas and forests. There are some delicious restaurants near by. We will definitely visit again when we need a quiet relaxing break from the daily grind. This...

"We had 2 families and we all had a great time. Sue was very attentive and checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. We were able to check in early which was amazing. House was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed being steps away from the beach. Beach is not crystal clear with white sand but it was great for fishing and everyone in our group still enjoyed the beach. Thank you for having us and I'm sure we will be back!"

"Connie is the most gracious hostess I have encountered in our vacation rental experiences! When Tallahassee accommodations failed us for FSU Family Weekend, I broadened our search to include Panacea and I am so glad I did! Connie's communication before, during and after our stay was excellent and she truly thought of every detail when furnishing and stocking her cottage for her guests. We didn't cook during our quick weekend stay, but the kitchen was very well equipped for anything we would have...

The only caution I have - the dock did not have power or water available for our stay - it is rigged for both, but under repair (presumably due to the last hurricane)."

A beautiful view and outdoor space including wood for your bonfire! Best of all was the fishing!! You can walk out the door and you're just steps away from throwing your pole in and catching one! The dock is huge and very well lighted; and the night fishing was killer!! Everything, you need is right here.... in Paradise...

"Great place for our family to connect. Everything we needed, nice location on the beach. Close enough to seafood restaurants, golf in Wakulla, and other local activities. Highly recommend!"

"50 steps to the beach (we measured), beautiful Gulf of Mexico, and all the house accommodations we could ask for at this price. What else you should know... The closest small food store is 5 miles away. The beach sand is gorgeous. The water is a bit stained due to the nearby Ochlockonee River (might vary with the tide.)"

"We’ve stayed in Alligator Point this time of year many times over the last 20 yrs. Our needs and groups have changed too so this location fit our needs perfectly. Each group had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. Will definitely be back."
