It’s beautiful, it’s clean, the kitchen has all you need to prepare and serve meals, the living area has plentiful seating, beds are so comfortable, bathrooms were stocked and the views breathtaking!! "We stayed at the end of March 2025! First, the host is top notch! She will give you all the advice you need for planning your trip! Take it and do your own research as there is soooo much to do within your limited time there. Also, Bob the grounds keeper is very friendly and helpful too! Location: you’re on Coral Bay, super convenient for those looking for adventure as you can access the whole island from the less populated side of the island and skip traffic heading to the north side beaches....

"Lovely place! Incredible views and a great porch to relax & have dinner. Close to Coral Bay so good options for dining. Also 10 minutes from Salt Pond Bay, which could be the best beech we've every been to (great hike to Rams Head from there, too). The outdoor shower was fabulous, had warm water (though, that's not really needed) and qualifies as the best view (but private) from a shower possible, overlooking East End and Tortola. "Blue pearl villa has everything you could ever want and the pictures do not capture the beauty of this place. You are sourounded with the sound of waves and a beautiful setting where the sun rises over coral bay to greet you every morning. The pool is layed with beautiful brown pebbles and you can still see the ocean when your in it. "Stayed in St John to spend time on the beaches and explore the area ruins. Our cabin was secluded and an excellent gettaway from everything. Loved every minute of staying there."

"Very special and sweet retreat. We had a lot of fun. The teahouse itself is so well crafted! we loved the view, outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen. We made dinner 5 out of 7 evenings and had breakfast several days. First visit to St. John, was not prepared for the drive up the hill to the property. We got use to it quickly, but it is a steep climb. Driving on the entire island is a challenge but worth it and kind of fun! Thanks for the beach gear and cooking supplies. "we loved our stay here. It was so fun to hear the little goats come down every morning and drink from the pool. The location is great with a beautiful view of Coral Bay and the drive to Cruz Bay wasn’t too bad which we did quite often property was clean. I will say they do need to add some weatherstripping to the outdoor shower door as there were quite a few 6 and 8 legged critters getting in but thats island life! "

"Our stay at Karen and Jeff's Villa was just what we needed. The space was very comfortable, and the views were amazing, as promised. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed to eat in. The road to the house was steep and took some adjusting to, but we adapted quickly and appreciated the quiet and privacy. Karen and Jeff were very helpful and welcoming, and we hope to visit again in the future!"
