"The house served our purposes. There is a downstairs occupant that we were unaware of and don’t recall seeing anything about. There are also are no televisions in the house. I don’t recall seeing anything about that either. The master bedroom bed was nice and large but pretty uncomfortable. Over all, it was a nice stay for what we needed it for. "

"The room smelled like mold and cigarettes even though it was supposed to be nonsmoking, the walls are so thin that any conversation a person in a neighboring room is having can be heard. And the only heat source was some kind of AC wall unit that literally started smoking when turned on. When I told the owner about the fire hazard he completely dismissed me and actually laughed at my concern. Do not stay here."

"nice property, far away from everything. Large mid century ranch with plenty of room / all the amenities you need. As noted in other reviews, wireless service and internet / wifi was spotty but I would return. 90 minutes from DC"

"I had a very nice week visiting family. The basement apt. was very clean and comfortable. The only difficulty was on street parking in a crowded neighborhood however, I never had to park more than a block away from the property. It is close to town snd shopping and I will recommend them to friends and family. "
