"Brad was a lovely host, we were in the area for a family funeral and he made our stay stress free and very comfortable. Tavistock town centre is a quick walk along the road where you can buy local produce and gifts etc. locals were lovely and friendly as well. The hotel was very clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. All facilities were great."

"Interesting place. Really need a group of friends there to take full advantage of everything on offer from renting the whole house and private dining to having a wild party in one of the great past spaces they have created. Everything very high quality and well designed. "

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Before arrival, I requested a bouquet of flowers and some balloons to be arranged in our room, and it was beautifully set up just as we hoped. "El hotel se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada dentro de Exeter, a 5min andando tanto del centro como del muelle ("quay"). "Great stay, not really too sure why people have left negative feedback for this place ? I can only imagine they have Rolls Royce taste & Skoda budgets as the saying goes ? "Stayed again and loved it. An owner who is truly happy for you to be staying in her hotel. Cup of tea on arrival....where else would you get service like that? Nice rooms with a mix of modern and retro. Will stay again next year....lovely place owned by a lovely lady."
