"Lovely place and surroundings with very friendly staff. The garden studio was lovely. The only couple of negative points I had were: the blinds and window areas were very dirty with cobwebs in the window area near the bed, so I didn't open the windows. The room smelt like dogs in places. I'm aware pets are allowed but I thought a thorough clean would take place before the next guest. It wasn't great for my asthma symptoms. Apart from this, it was all fine :-)"

"El hotel se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada dentro de Exeter, a 5min andando tanto del centro como del muelle ("quay"). El edificio, un antiguo hospital, es realmente bonito por fuera y muy cuidado por dentro. El personal muy agradable, y el desayuno increíble, con servicio de cocina aparte del buffet. Como pega, el tamaño de las habitaciones "individuales", verdaderamente pequeñas, aunque acogedoras."

"Great stay, not really too sure why people have left negative feedback for this place ? I can only imagine they have Rolls Royce taste & Skoda budgets as the saying goes ? "Stayed again and loved it. An owner who is truly happy for you to be staying in her hotel. Cup of tea on arrival....where else would you get service like that? Nice rooms with a mix of modern and retro. Will stay again next year....lovely place owned by a lovely lady."
