"Rooms clean and comfortable. A little attention to detail,by the management will make the good. Management forgot to send food from Gabs so staff had nothing to srve in restaurant. Staff need to be empowered to sort out basics like this. You will note by now, that staff try but failure lies at the owners door. Swimming is dry as water gets pumped for miles to the area. Make pool smaller and it might be feasible to fill. The overall place needs maintenance and care as its a bit run down. "

"Bereits an der Hauptstraße B300 gibt es eine Beschilderung zur Lodge. Die ca. 70 km lange Anfahrt erfolgt über eine Sandpiste, die nur mit einem Allradfahrzeug zu bewältigen ist. Die Begrüßung war sehr persönlich und das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die angebotenen Aktivitäten wurden sehr individuell durchgeführt. Die Ausstattung des Luxuszeltes war hervorragend. Alles super sauber. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Alle Getränke auch tagsüber waren inklusiv."

It took us over 30 minutes to check-in, because the reception desk clerk was not able to verify that I prepaid the room. "Die Unterkunft sollte bei Expedia runtergenommen werden, da dies eine Zumutung für die Gäste ist und einen schlechten Eindruck von Expedia hinterlässt.
