AJ and her family are really nice and they are availeable in every moment and ready to help. Pinner is really nice to stay for a weekend. Next time I go to London, i'd definetely stay here."

"The purpose of our stay was for my elderly parents to have a small break and I chose this property as being suitable for their needs. Our expectations were definitely fulfilled. It is beautiful property in a pretty setting. Highlights for us was that being all on one level was easy for my elderly parents. Access to the pool was easy, the pool was lovely and warm and nice to have to ourselves. The full size snooker table was an added bonus and the snooker player amongst us made full use of it!...

Sonaba mejor de lo que fue.

"Pensamos que por ser campo de golf y anunciarse como spa resort resultó ser un hotel muy sencillo casi el concepto de motel. Los cuartos sencillos sin aire acondicionado. Y nos tocó en el primer piso sin elevador. Nos dijeron que si tenía pero es un montacargas que hay que presionar todo el tiempo un botón para que funcione. Nunca había visto nada parecido en un hotel. "

Hotel descuidado y con falta de mantenimiento.

"Hotel con falta de mantenimiento, muy descuidado, pisos rotos. La habitación pequeña, estaba limpia y las camas cómodas. Desayuno no está mal, pero falta fruta. Aceptable para pasar una noche, pero no volvería. "

"Nos hospedamos por una noche y desde que llegamos nos dijeron que el Aire Acondicionado funcionaba pero había que esperar a que enfriara nunca enfrío. No quejamos con el personal y no había nadie en el hotel que pudiera solucionarlo. Subieron dos personas del front desk y nos dicen que no había solución. Pedimos cambio de habitación y no habían disponibles. Solo nos ofrecieron abanicos. No dormimos nada en lo absoluto. incluyendo mi hijo quien estaba en la habitación con nosotros. Nunca hubo un acercamiento para devolvernos el dinero. Estamos escribiendo por otros medios pues el hotel es muy costoso y lo menos que esperamos era una habitación funcional. "
