"Was disappointed that the rooms were pretty run down. Our room has torn carpet and smell of damp carpet. The floor near door which i believed to be above the AC outlet for the room below was causing condensation. Thus, pretty slippery. Minimjm amenities. However, the hotel was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite. The front desk service was friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was good. "

"1) Room AC Not cold enough. 2) Staff asked me to park behind the hotel. That alley looked dangerous. I don’t want to take the chance. So I parked at the public parking, I didn’t display any parking coupon. Maybe I’m lucky because no ticket was issued by any authorities. Most of the staffs there are Indian immigrant workers. "Did not expect this hotel to be so wonderful. The room is clean and smell fresh. Everything looks new and cosy. They also have little notes in the room to encourage you like "You did not wake up to be mediocre" and nice pictures printed on cards. Main lobby is warmly decorated and corridor has soft lightings and paintings. You can tell they really put in good efforts to make the guests feel comfortable.
