"Une magnifique piscine et un endroit très calme au bord de l’eau. Nous avons très bien mangé au restaurant Maracas de l’hôtel. Nous sommes passé par l’hôtel pour réservé la visite de Lamanai. Le top. Le bateau est venu nous chercher endêvant l’hôtel et le guide Coconut Pit était incroyable. À recommander absolument. "

"one problem is the smell that permeates the air from a nearby sugar cane processing plant. It was very obnoxious, and drove us indoors. Loved the group meeting place, the yoga room, pool was indoors, but very nice. Excellent gym. comfortable and pleasant seating out of doors. Incredible staff"

"No fue una buena experiencia, para empezar no te advierten lo complicado del camino. "We arrived in the evening with another couple (we rented both Casitas) and there was only a key for one of them. Contacted the owner and they sent someone to bring the key to the other Casita about an hour later. "Our stay at Villa Cayo exceeded expectations. We stayed in one of their separate guesthouses. Sitting on the comfy Adirondack chairs watching toucans eating fruit from the tree in front of our guesthouse was magical. "The property is amazing. Only received low score based on accuracy of listing. My cabin was not one that was pictured, however I did still enjoy the cabin and it was cool and comfortable. "The listing does not show the cabana in question. As we were the only guests at the time, we were given the option of 2 different cabanas neither of which matched the pics in the in listing. The cabana we ended up with had 2 very tiny bedrooms with no place to put our luggage. The washroom needed upgrades as the shower head was hanging on for it's life. "We had a wonderful time in San Ignacio. The check in was simple and the house was clean. We booked our excursions through the owners and received a discount. Onil was our tour guide for all the excursions we did and he was incredibly knowledgeable and fun. The pool was nice to lounge in after a full day of fun in the sun. "

"This place truly had it all Beautiful home and property- spacious and lovely environment to hang out inside or outside Wonderful staff- Elias and Betty were so kind and attentive, gave great recommendations, anticipated our needs and went above and beyond DELICIOUS food- seriously some of the best meals we’ve eaten, for every single meal. Cannot recommend this place enough! We hope to return soon!"
