"Lovely house with lots of room and lots of equipment, crockery etc. comfy beds . Outside seating but never used as weather was somewhat wet and windy, but had a couple of sunny spells to make use of hot tub. Jane was very communicative and an ideal host. Thoroughly recommend,"

"We had a lovely stay at the Lower Spires. The cottages were pleasant to stay in. They were clean, and fully equipped. The garden was beautiful and perfect for our dogs to run around and play. The area was also very beautiful. It was very quiet but there were plenty of things to do. The information we received from James in advance was very useful. we had a wonderful time in the Lower Spires and if we return to Exmoor we will certainly book the cottages again!"

"Owner never sent code to get in which I didn't realize. You have to phone them. Shower very moldy at each end of tracks and very slippery. Generally dusty. Garage parking not very safe to access. Double yellow lines in front and not easy to fold open. I picked this because i felt my friend who uses a cane could visit but not so. Garage floor which you went thru to enter was cobble stones. Back entrance long path with steps."

"We spent a wonderful holiday week in this lovely cottage. On arrival everything was very well prepared and all very clean. The view from the kitchen into the garden is amazing. This cottage gives you all you need to relax. Very silent. It‘s very good host for discovering Exmoor NP and the Quantock Hills. Thank you so much Fiona and Eric for this pleasant stay."
