"The hotel is definitely not new and it shows in the little things. The service and quality of the facility is excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only detractions are that it is an older facility. The carpet in the hallways is dated and bears the stains of many high strength cleanings, with bleached out spots. "Fun place, beautiful setting. Fresh eggs from owner’s chickens was a great bonus! Ladder up to loft is a little steep for us old folks, but very well built, sturdy with good handles. We just used caution and we’re fine. Clean, nice front porch with small table, chairs and nice propane grill."
