"My girlfriend and I have desperately needed a weekend away for months and we booked River House Getaway in November. After having the highest of expectations and counting down the days, we arrived to find everything in impeccable order. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen has exactly what we needed and the living room was perfect with the toasty fireplace Lastly, the hot tub was amazing. It was up to temperature when we arrived...

"Clean, house full of everything you would need to function during your stay. Yard was fenced in for our dog. Pool liner needs replacing but we still loved going in. Property owner was great to deal with, her son even helped with the electronics. The area was quiet and the neighbours were lovely."

"The communication was excellent with the host. Very spacious, two level. Bed was very comfy. Was a minute or two walk to the restaurants, IDA. Close to beach. "

"I think the highlight of the cottage was the garage space which was great for lounging and watching a movie. I don't think it's heated so we were glad the temperature outside was still warm. Cottage was well equipped and communication with host was awesome. "

"Property has great opportunity. Over all we had a great time with many laughs. Wish the maitnence people had done their work a few days before our arrival. Disappointed the pool was still under wraps and the grass field was only partially cut due to a broken down lawn tractor. They were very friendly and kind. Fishing is terrific. Try to prepare before the arrival of your guests, not on the day of their arrival. Ovearll.... would try and come back again for next reunion. Thank you for having us"
