"This is the second time we've stayed here and it is a great location. The view out of the "Master Bedroom" out at the river is beautiful. The ambiance is rustic with a lot of hides and trophies mounted and hung. It's nice and quiet and the hosts, who live below, are very accommodating. 10/10 from us. We'll definitely plan to stay here again next time we go to Fairbanks."

"The property is amazing. Beds are extremely comfortable. We saw the northern lights 4 different nights. The family all enjoyed the hot tub. There were single digit and below zero temps are entire stay but the hot tub still got plenty of use as well as the fire pit. I highly recommend this as a vacation rental while in North Pole/Fairbanks"

"We (grandparents and 2 small grandchildren) enjoyed our stay. 2 bathrooms were a blessing. The washer and dryer ment less packing. The location was perfect. The towels were nice and thick. Plenty of cookware. And I cannot express how clean the house was. Staying in Fairbanks before, I love the heated garage. "

"Great location for Faribanks and aurora viewing. We saw the Aurora 2 nights from the house!!! Ten minutes to city center and close proximity to attractions, all while located feet from a beautiful lake!! "

"We were hoping to see the lake and enjoy some pretty views from inside. Communication with the owner was a little challenging. But once we got a hold of him, he was able to answer our question. The Evole website was frustrating."

"The perfect place to unwind, unplug and relax. The tiny house is very well put together with everything you could need. The hosts were exceptional. The setting is tranquil and feels very private. I loved my weekend getaway and will certainly book again in the future. "

"Trudy was such a a wonderful host! Gave us tips to see the Aurora and was super communicative. The place had everything we needed. Not fancy, but comfy and fantastic location for the price! Saw the Northern lights right outside. And the view from the kitchen/dining room was so beautiful. Will definitely stay again if /when we go back! "

"Very roomy and comfortably furnished we enjoyed looking at their collections. Watching the planes come and go was an extra exciting event especially for the children. It was an excellent choice and if we should come back to Anchorage would certainly hope this property was available. The host was very gracious and contacted us to make sure all was well"
