"During my stay at the VRBO rental, I found the house to be cozy and the outdoor space lovely and relaxing. The kitchen and BBQ grill were a plus. However, there were a few hiccups. The Wi-Fi was spotty, which made staying connected a bit tricky. The kitchen was not equipped with a set of steak or sharp knives, nor were there dish towels or cloths to clean up dirty dishes. "House is much larger than pictures and everything is spread out and comfortable. While it’s a little dated; it has everything you need for a great stay with family or friends. We were 20 mins from Charlottesville and Monticello. There were no check out instructions but we tried to clean things up. The cleaning fee was also incredibly reasonable! We would definitely stay here again with a group! "

"It was a cozy cottage stay with plenty of room for two couples. Having the second kitchen and fridge downstairs was a bonus. Sadly, it was too cold to take advantage of the outdoor areas but it would be a great place in warmer weather to grill and sit around the fire. "

"Perfect place for girls trip. Hit up local wineries and Uber back safely to this house. Beds were firm, but I found them comfy!! We honestly didn’t really utilize the kitchen, so can’t speak to how well stocked the kitchen was. The house was clean and plenty of space for all 9 of us!! Was very easy to access. Close to grocery and ABC store and a few restaurants. Would definitely stay here again for a girl’s trip!!"

"The property needed a cleaning on the inside… cobwebs and overall dust. It seemed that no one had stayed in a while and was left as is. We had to ask the owner for washcloths because they were not provided with towels. WiFi was working half the time and was Roku so limited to watch anything. We will not stay here again but it could be a sweet place if adjusted."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Stonemont farm for my friend’s bachelorette weekend. The cottage and cabin were decorated beautifully and very clean. Checking in and out was smooth and simple. We loved that the location was near wineries and also hiking because those were our main reasons for visiting. Overall I would recommend this rental to any large group! We had a wonderful time and the property was beautiful! "
