"This was a great place for our friend group, with plenty of room for 16 adults. You are in the mountains, but it is just a short drive from Boulder. The views from the property are awesome. Beds were comfortable. Communication with the hosts was easy. One of my favorite moments of the weekend was walking down to the ponds and doing a walk around the property. There is a short, but fun trail that makes you feel in nature without leaving the property. "

"My girls absolutely loved watching the fish in the fish tank and exploring out back. A nice place to hibernate during a winter storm. Even if the oven was inoperable (probably from a previous guest cooking a turkey? Smoked to much to use.) We still had a nice stay. The tv is big and gets YouTube so we liked that even if we couldn’t watch the broncos game.Loved all the paintings and peaceful setting. Neighbors are near ,but never saw anyone except their dogs. Really cool location way up coal...

"El lugar estuvo magnífico , pero el servicio de un señor asiático q está encargado del check in fue muy malo , al llegar el día del cumpleaños de mi esposo quisimos reservar para cenar y nos dijo q no era necesario y en la noche cuando llegamos no tuvimos mesa y sin ninguna explicación nos dijo q no tenía disponibilidad a pesar q nos dijo q no era necesaria la reserva , el día de nuestra salida tuvimos un problema con el pago y quisimos preguntar y el mismo señor me dijo q me llamaría de vuelta...

"The property was really better than good, but not excellent because of the metal spiral staircase. The property is well appointed with all you need in kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were temperapedic style mattress and comfortable. The pillows were not as comfortable. The location is great. The manager was accommodating. I would recommend the home, but with a warning about the staircase."
