I had an ‘oh crap’ moment on our way to the vrbo and realized for some reason my reservation was for 2026, next year! I frantically messaged Tim and he called me right away and got everything straightened out! "

"If you are used to staying in $40 / night somewhat old-timey and economical motels, then you will be comfortable here. But it is not a Best Western so if you are picky, pay more and go somewhere else. The staff was great. Expedia didn't make it clear if they were billing my credit card or if the staff was supposed to so she photocopied it along with my ID just in case. Expedia wasn't answering the phone - we could only get a recording."

"Every comfort you want and even some you didn’t know you needed. This was truly a home away from home and the hosts thought of everything and MORE!!! Convenient location, walking town and worth the early wake up to explore!!!Shops and locals were very nice and inviting!Would without a doubt recommend for a quiet easy stay…without the busy, busy BUT central enough to have access to all the great sites within a reasonable drive.Thank you for a warm and wonderful stay!!!"

"It's a bit of a weird lay out, but host was excellent and it was very clean. We were here for Little League Districts and we stayed here with another family on our team. It's right next to a grocery store and it was easy to get in. Kids had a lot of fun and we were able to save money by cooking meals there. If we come back to Torrington, we will see if this is available again. "
