"Lugar tranquilo y agradable, limpio con todas las comodidas, excelente anfritrión, perfecto para pasar unos dias con la famlia, la recomiendo ampliamente. Es la primera ocasión que rento un lugar así y me he llevado una grata experiencia. Mil gracias."

"First, the property owner was very timely with responses, courteous, and very helpful. All questions were answered and check in instructions were clear. We had one small complaint (loud neighbors), but he addressed it immediately. It’s in an ideal location. The golf course area is a bit run down, but the home is near all amenities. 15 mins from Algodones beach, about 25 mins Miramar in Guaymas, and restaurants within a few minutes. "Nice pool, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, excellent AC which was much appreciated. Manager responded quickly to a problem with the gate to the property. Check in seems overly complicated but local crime risks may justify the use of 3 locks to get into the unit."

"House was in perfect condition and host went above and beyond making our trip to feel being at home away from home. Highly recommended house and the communication with host was on target, you send a text or call and within a minute host would answer."

"This was a beautiful condo in San Carlos that’s right near the middle of the town. It’s easy to get anywhere, and quick to get back home if needed. The thing I liked most is that the beds were actually very comfy. I have stayed at other condos in Mexico and these where definitely the most comfortable."

"The bathroom door handle was broken when we arrived. My 9 year old son was locked in for 2 hours. The only concern the property owner had was if his door was damaged. He did not refund my deposit back. I left the house cleaner than before we arrived. The washer didn’t work. The oven doesn’t work. The listing is not what ut seems"
