"Overall, I really enjoyed this property and will be back. I was a little disappointed in two things. First, it wasnt super clean. It was clean enough, not to throw a fit over, but the fans, air intakes, and ceiling had weeks of gathered dust. For me thats not an issue. However, I brought my epically over-clean mother and she notices every little thing. Second, the stairs to the river landing were torn up and it was unaccessible. We were given alternative fighing methods though, and that was...

"Everything went perfectly. Property was clean and as advertised. Quick drive to Caddo Lake State Park and other points along the lake. It’s a pretty remote area, so it’s a bit of a drive to stores and restaurants though I did frequent a bait shop that doubles as a cafe along highway 43. 3F is the name, I believe. Details on local treasures available in the notebook in the cabin. Highly recommend this property. "

A beautiful wrap around porch with views in every direction, tons of amenities and attention to detail on the interior, and very clean! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our daughter‘s second birthday. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay that has lots of deep history, as well as plenty of entertainment (indoor and outdoor), this is your place! "Enjoyed the house. Great location. House was actually much bigger than expected. If I had any thing short of five star, it would be in regards to cleanliness. Floors were dirty, as well as countertops in areas. However, it did not negatively impact our stay."
