"Husband and I stayed for 5 nights. Met my sister and her husband in area. We had an amazing time kayaking, SUP’ing, rented pontoon, bikes, cooked in the house, ate at Upper Deck and Brian’s Place. House was so comfortable and lovely to hang out in! We will definitely be back. And owner, Tina, could not have been more lovely and responsive"

"The location on the river is amazing. The home is directly on the main river. The host Summer is top notch. If you text her, she will answer you promptly. She was there to greet us when we were leaving to make sure how our stay was. The house was spotless. Plenty of beach towels, plenty of bath towels. "We have stayed at a lot of properties before, but this house surpasses them all. Its location is fantastic. The house was immaculate, there is nothing that you would ever need. We would have coffee in the morning on the upper deck and watch the manatees swimming down the river. They supplied the kayaks, which was a great deal of fun."

"Chris was a five star host. Modified reservations for us, with absolutely no problems. His home is beautiful, a good bed, and we enjoyed the kayaks. You can kayak to a popular eating place called the upper deck. I would not hesitate to stay again."

"Place was as advertised. Very confortable with lots of amenaties. Fun for families. Game room was entertaining for kids and adults. Would definitely go back. ⅚Only minor drawback was that if eas more challenging to contact the owner / propertu manager because their VRBO provided phone number did not work. "

"My son and I were in town for a week for a disc golf tournament and this house was perfect for us! It is off the main roads in a quiet neighborhood, no light noise so you can truly relax! We mainly slept or sat around for a couple of hours when at the house. Beds were comfortable, well equipped kitchen for our needs, washer and dryer were handy, and the rooms were nice and dark at bed time! Will definitely book again if we get back out there."

"They were very considerate of our travel. We were visiting family briefly after hearing about some health issues of my grandfather. Usually I’d have to stress with a lot of new things and transitions for our son with autism. But the host was very empathetic of my kids and the pool helped give him sensory play and regulation.we have already discussed staying again in the future when we come back down! "

"The home was amazing and very clean. We only stayed a couple of days for a funeral, but would love to come back at a later date to. Stay alittle longer. The only negative would be it needs a kuerig style coffee pot for those that only have one cup a day"

"Pam house is such a fun ,corky ,beautiful experience .Definitely emeries yourself with the neighborhood energy of mermaid love .My daughter was in absolute awe and loved the house .Espeically meeting Julie (Pam doggy) and the bunnies .Pam is sweet and a gracious host ,made sure we were happy with our stay. She feels like family and just a lovely lady,she gave us our privacy and made really easy for us .We saw manatees,enjoyed the Kayaks and just invested with our springs experience ."

"Great host. Their contractor or handyman did a poor job. Decorated beautifully. Comfortable furniture. Quite neighborhood. Cleaning lady did basic good cleaning But at home I help my daughter clean her AirBB. We wipe everything down.. Old dried up food at bottom of trash can. And dirty windowsills. None of this is the owners fault. I would absolutely stay their again. Owners need better cleaning services. And a contractor that knows how to read a measuring tape. Lol. The hosts always responded...
