"I have nothing but good to say about this cute little house. It was tucked away in the center of Ocracoke just enough for privacy but close enough in town to ride the golf cart right down the street to all the shops and restaurants. The inside was decorated so nicely and very cozy. Me, my mom, and my lab had an amazing time.. We will definitely book again in the near future! "

"This property had almost everything you need. We were traveling from Oregon so we’re a little unhappy we had to buy sheets, towels just for a two night stay. This has always been provided in any short term rental we have booked, it should be required. Great location and parking. Very close to everything. "

The arrived every morning Tues-Fri so we could not sleep in or enjoy our bottom deck while construction went on all day. "We were just here for a little weekend get-away before Christmas. The house is as advertised. It feels like staying at your friends well-loved beach house. The view is beautiful, you are close to everything and there is plenty of room for kids (and the dog) to relax. While it has almost everything, there wasn’t a microwave, which was a bit of a surprise. The sandspurs are abundant, so shows outdoors are a must. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The Cabana in Hatteras is perfect for a couple or small family to stay close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and loved the community. Best coffee in the area! The management was super helpful, and answered all our questions quickly. The pool at the club house was very nice and our teens enjoyed too. We loved sitting on the decks especially the top one. If you are looking for a quaint place near the beach this is for you! "

"Exactly as listed, I’ve been coming to Avon yearly for decades, (anyone have a nice place for sale?) This property is right on 12 basically as soon as you get into town. Walking distance to the beach and Froggy Dogs. The pool table and arcade games on the first floor are a nice touch. Would recommend and stay again. "

The house is in need of updating, like the furniture, the door to the main bathroom is cracked and hard to close, the door to the outside shower needs work once you open it you can't close and lock the door, the garden hose in front of the house is broken in two, the vents in the bathrooms need to be cleaned so they work better, and the house should be updated to...
