"We arrived late in the night and the staff actually picked calls to give us directions and we find the person we had been talking to waiting for us at the entrance. The check-in was smooth. We had challenges with the water heaters on day one, however, when we reported to the staff, they rectified the issue. They have "Katogo" and "Chapati" as options for breakfast. "A surprisingly well equipped and well conceived property in the south-western region of Uganda. It's very quiet, very well-designed and my wife says it is of European quality - which is a compliment! We stayed in the honeymoon suite which was very spacious. The facilities including gym are way better than in most Ugandan properties. It is a little overpriced and the food is unremarkable BUT if I had to stay near Mbarara and I could get the rate down by 30% this would definitely be my preferred...

This means loud music and drunken guests every night 365 days a year until 4am in the morning - making it impossible to fall asleep before the nightclub closes. The hotel has modern rooms.
