" We were a multi-generation family staying at this lovely lake house for July 4 weekend. We had a wonderful time. The house was clean with plenty of room for everyone. The pool table was a big hit with lots of games between the grandparents and teens. There is a peninsula on the lake very close by where we would walk most evenings, and we walked there the night of the 4th and were able to see so many fireworks! "I only needed a room for a few hours to sleep before an early flight out of Atlanta. The staff were very nice and friendly. The front desk staff told me exactly what to do for check out and my stay was very smooth. If I ever need a room again in the area I will be planning to stay there again."

"Shame! I did a reservation 1h before my arrival and they hadn't received it yet. I showed the reservation, owner wasn't there and recepcionist didn't care my reservation and ask me more money that I did by hotels.com. Long history, Don't want to waste more time explaining it. Worst service ever after 90 days travelling in US. "

"Except for the trains, it was rather quiet. The floors could be cleaner in the cabins. The freezer needed to be defrosted, so we could not use it. We lost power Saturday night for about 4 hours. Other than that, it was a great stay."
